A message dated April 14, 2004, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed CSHB 357(JUD) with the following amendment and it is                                         
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 357(JUD)                                                    
    "An Act relating to restitution; and providing for an effective
